Dr. Duggan is excited to return to the Central Florida medical community where he practiced for 14 years at Orlando Health Physicians Associates before leading the Podiatry and Podiatric Surgery services at UNC Orthopedics in Lenoir, NC for the past 6 years.

With 40 years of practice, Dr. Duggan is trained and experienced in the full range of surgical and non-surgical foot and ankle problems, specializing in Sports medicine. Dr. Duggan is board certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He maintains affiliations with Orlando Health, and Advent Health systems. Dr. Duggan has teaching experience in sports medicine and athletic injury at Washington University, San Diego State University, and advanced athletic Injury at the University of Central Florida. Dr Duggan also had the pleasure of teaching the practice of medicine at the University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine as an assistant professor. He continues to contribute his skills to several Olympic National teams.

When not treating patients, Dr. Duggan enjoys spending time with his family. Dr Duggan is excited to treat both new and former patients again in the Central Florida area and bring his expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of his patients.
